Most mechanical caliber jobs are completed within seven to fourteen working days. Complex movements or those requiring parts can take a little longer. We will give you an estimated timeline when your watch is booked in.

We handle the majority of standard and vintage mechanical calibers from Swiss and Japanese manufacturers. If you have a question about a specific movement, contact us beforehand and we can confirm whether it falls within our scope.

We measure the lug width, remove the existing strap, replace spring bars where required, fit the new strap or bracelet and adjust sizing. Visits are usually brief — often completed while you wait if parts are in stock.

The plan covers scheduled winding and rate checks, light servicing visits across the year and written condition notes after each appointment. It is designed for owners of two to six watches who prefer a planned routine over responding to problems after they appear.

Our listed prices cover standard service work. If a movement requires replacement parts or additional repairs are found during inspection, we contact you to discuss before proceeding. No additional charges are applied without your approval.

We hold professional liability cover for watches in our workshop. Details are available on request at the time of booking.
